Vaginismus

Vaginismus is a condition where there is involuntary tightening or spasm of the pelvic floor muscles, making vaginal penetration difficult or painful. It may occur during intimacy, tampon use, or even medical examinations, and is often influenced by physical, emotional, or psychological factors.

Our approach focuses on identifying the underlying causes, which may include muscle tension, anxiety, past experiences, or hormonal changes. Through a sensitive and supportive evaluation, we create a personalized treatment plan aimed at relaxing the muscles, reducing discomfort, and restoring confidence.
